Therapeutic Associates - Monroe Sports Therapy is seeking a dynamic and fun Physical Therapist to join our team. Ideally looking for a therapist with experience or interest in orthopaedics, combining exercise and hands-on clinical skills with strong overall customer service. Our expert staff of 2 PTs,1 PTA along with our front office coordinator provide a supportive and fun working environment that prioritizes one-on-one, quality patient care. We have been in the Monroe community for over 15 years and celebrate our loyal and diverse patients. Physical Therapist is expected to conduct initial evaluations and accurately assess patient condition(s) to develop appropriate goals and treatment plans. Must be able to work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs and complete accurate (electronic) documentation. Therapist will be expected to meet the demands of the clinic's schedule, work effectively with support staff as appropriate, and perform other duties as required. Ideal candidates will embrace their role as mentor and teammate, supporting other staff as needed and fostering the advancement of TAI as a learning organization. Must demonstrate eagerness to advance clinical skills and develop personal leadership excellence.
