Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy at Crescent Village is seeking a full-time PT due to the growth of our clinic. We are the newest TAI clinic in the Eugene community, located in a beautiful new facility on the north side of town. Director Angela Lewis is an experienced therapist, Board-certified in Orthopedics, a certified Athletic Trainer, and pursuing certification through NAIOMT. She and her experienced Front Office Coordinator are looking to expand their team with a customer-focused, motivated, dynamic therapist. Position is eligible for a competitive compensation package including salary, medical/dental/vision, generous continuing education, PTO, and 401(k)/profit sharing program. Relocation assistance, student loan reimbursement and other bonuses are negotiable. TAI offers leadership training, the opportunity to become a company owner, and unprecedented one-on-one clinical mentorship. We specialize in orthopedics and manual therapy and pride ourselves on our one-on-one patient care and strong relationships with referral sources. Physical Therapist is expected to conduct initial evaluations and accurately assess patient condition(s) to develop appropriate goals and treatment plans. Must be able to work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs and complete accurate (electronic) documentation. Therapist will be expected to meet the demands of the clinic's schedule, work effectively with support staff as appropriate, and perform other duties as required. Ideal candidates will embrace their role as mentor and teammate, supporting other staff as needed and fostering the advancement of TAI as a learning organization. Must demonstrate eagerness to advance clinical skills and develop personal leadership excellence.
