Therapeutic Associates-Grants Pass Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. We are a well-established outpatient orthopaedic clinic that has provided quality care to the Grants Pass community for over 30 years. Our facility has a large gym, private treatment rooms, and a therapeutic warm water pool. Our staff includes therapists with a wide variety of personal and professional backgrounds and credentials and that, combined with a state-of-the-art facility, enable us to effectively treat a wide range of conditions and patients of all ages, ranging from infants to the elderly, from high school athletes to chronic pain cases. Looking for someone who is interested in helping to build the practice in a variety of ways in addition to patient-care. Position is eligible for a competitive compensation package including salary, medical/dental/vision, generous continuing education, PTO, and 401(k)/profit sharing program. Physical Therapist is expected to conduct initial evaluations and accurately assess patient condition(s) to develop appropriate goals and treatment plans. Must be able to work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs and complete accurate (electronic) documentation. Therapist will be expected to meet the demands of the clinic's schedule, work effectively with support staff as appropriate, and perform other duties as required. Ideal candidates will embrace their role as mentor and teammate, supporting other staff as needed and fostering the advancement of TAI as a learning organization. Must demonstrate eagerness to advance clinical skills and develop personal leadership excellence.
